Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily resolve the issue.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or faulty item
- Include your order number in your message
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
